peyamner says 11 should be hanged, 4 of them been arrested and they are searching for other 7 members .

I thought Exuction is not in KRG's Law ... hadnt talibani said he wont let Saddam be hanged, because he is agaisnt hanging , now how they want to hang some kurdish rebblion ?

Hanged ? crazy people ! I hope they won't do a such thing, if it happens they could face a general revolt.

I would like that capital punishment could be banned in Kurdistan, even if in Iraq it is still legal. At least, in US some states have the same difference of penal punishment.
