in iran its illegal to do torture , but they do much illegal things ... (by Iran law it is even Kurds right to study in kurdish ...) but suprme leader has power beyond law and Stops law .
First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then YOU WIN !

Are there Kurdish institutes in Iran? Because I know we have an Azeri institute in Tehran that teaches Azeri Turkish to anyone who wants to learn...

there is a private institure in Sine to teach kurdish language .
but there is no School Study in kurdish ... as there is for VERY SMALL Ethinc groups like armenians .
