so they can enhance or create Turkish-kurdish enemity.(as people)

PKK did not create it. It existed since 1923. 2 opposite nationalisms, it was unevitable.

And vice versa.
The suppression of ethnic cultures and minority religious groups in attempting to forge a modern nation were not unique to Turkey but occurred in very similar ways in its European neighbours - Bruinessen.

But that will never happen, because of the Turkish government and PKK.

For the moment, Turkey is far to be ready. And PKK will never want a democratic and free Kuridsh state.

The best thing though, would be to apply Turgut Ozal's project, about large federations and authonomy...

Moreover, a few people remember that Ozal proposed to PKK a general amnesty (even for Öcalan) and a cease-fired many years before PKK did... But I doubt that, even if he would have survived, his plans could have been implemented.

For now, this is true, but at past It is different. Turgut özal got more than 45% vote, so his kurdishness didnot stoped turks to vote him.

but well now, no kurds become pm again.(At least in short time)

Turks like Kurds if Kurds state they are Turks :)

But I agree that the conflict was too hard, and long, and it won't be easy to implement a political solution. Both sides don't trust each other. Too bad, for Erdogan is however the only Turkish politician after Ozal, which could do the more to resolve the Kurdish question. Perhaps becaause as a muslims, he is less nationalist.

wrong, most of the turkish nationalism have no relation with becoming "turkish". It is related with Turkey, most turks believe, kurds are not loyal too Turkey, most turks dont mind kurds speak turkish or kurdish.

There are other nations in Turkey too, noone care for them, for state it is different story.

8 representatives of pro-Kurdish DTP arrested
4/16/2006 Cihan News

Turkish court on Sunday ordered the arrests of eight local representatives of the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP) in the southeastern Turkish province of Mardin.

Police had raided the DTP office in the town of Nusaybin and detained 16 representatives. Police seized the posters and "flags" of the PKK terror organization during raid.

The detainees appeared before the court on Sunday. The court ordered the arrests of 8 suspects on the charges of the aiding and abetting PKK terror organization.

The suspects chanted slogans in support to the PKK terror leader, Abdullah Öcalan. A group of people gathered in front the court and voiced support for the detainees.

The arrestees were sent to the Mardin Prison.
One of the DTP provincial directors had been arrested earlier April for inciting violence and directing people to join the pro-PKK demonstration in the city of Batman.

And another bomb blast in Istanbul by TAK.. this is going to nowhere. ..
Erdogan is only taking a harder line, because he is forced to do so..

Erdogan loves to sit down and talk with Hamas but not with the DTP.
He is not forced to do anything. He wants it this way.

I totaly agrea with you diri. Tomjez are you joking or is that your real opinion?

PKK has no use. they fight and what for? a joined state with Turkey and Kurdistan. That will never be possible, there is just too much hate mostly coming from the turkish side.

the 40 PKK fighters that died a while back is just a sad sight because all the younge Kurds are throwing their lives away for an ideology that does not work. Socialism will not work.
