No - your map covers Hewlêr, Mexmûr, Sinjar, Shingar etc... Those are 100000000 % Kurdish...

Your land should be the size of your people in Iraq... 1.2 millions you say - so not too big and not too small... It should be from Nineveh to Nimrud to Ashur to Hatra to Mosul to Nineveh...
