Yeah? Well... I would if I didn't think there is more to gain in educating myself - so I might serve Kurdistan as an intellectual - and as an economic factor...

Instead of destroying, I think I would rather build and make blossom the flowers of Kurdistan...

Dyaoko listens to Celine Dion too. But I think this is to counter Turkish propaganda, that PKK are only poor Kurds who turn into "criminality".

According to the ANF news report the majority of the PKK guerilla's are highly educated.

So this is counter-propaganda.

I have understood the aim of the paper. But Celine Dion as a Intellectuals' singer ? :? just funny.

Concerning the education of guerilla I don't know... Syrian Kurds are more high educated because of the state system, but in Turkey I doubt of that. Many very young teens have been incorporated in guerilla (13-15 years sometimes), and some others are issued from poor families. Of course there could be students, but if PKK guerilla is mostly issued from unniversities it would mean that most of Northern Kurds could go to school, and unfortunately, in Turkey it is not the case.

Moreover, it is funny as they have changed their propaganda : at the beginning (1984_1990), they were mostly students. During 90s, former students and graduated ppl did hide that they were educated, for being a "intellectual" was not good, contrary to be a "worker" or a "peasant". In the same way, if someone write a paper in one of their press, he should write in a simple style, not "too rich", always in this will to appear as "basic mind". And now, it changes again... :o

I love celine dion, she is not a gooze !

Fly, fly little wing
Fly beyond imagining
The softest cloud, the whitest dove
Upon the wind of heaven's love
Past the planets and the stars
Leave this lonely world of ours
Escape the sorrow and the pain
And fly again

Fly, fly precious one
Your endless journey has begun
Take your gentle happiness
Far too beautiful for this
Cross over to the other shore
There is peace forevermore
But hold this mem'ry bittersweet
Until we meet

Fly, fly do not fear
Don't waste a breath, don't shed a tear
Your heart is pure, your soul is free
Be on your way, don't wait for me
Above the universe you'll climb
On beyond the hands of time
The moon will rise, the sun will set
But I won't forget

Fly, fly little wing
Fly where only angels sing
Fly away, the time is right
Go now, find the light

have you ever listened to that song ?
