Do you know this musician??

I have a full album of his work, it is just wonderful...

he plays kemançe (violin) and the music sounded very iranian-indian to me...I googled him and apparently he was born in teheran but FROM A KURDISH FAMILY...

Really great musician! if you don't know him, check it!

Kelhûr is the largest Kurdish tribe...

They are to be found in the areas of Kermashan Province in Iran and the surrounding areas...

The music style in Kermanshan is one of the most unique of the Kurdish styles...

yes his is excelet,
Keyhan kelhor plays kamache for the best singer of iran's history, Mr. Shajarian .

I recommend you to see the "Bi to be sar nemishavad" album by shajarian.
actualy u can hardly find a shaharian's album without using kurdish players, or without using kurdish music .
