Recommendations for Solution from DTP Co-director Turk

PostAuthor: Tirigan » Mon Jun 26, 2006 4:21 pm

* The 1982 constitution that is a product of 12th September, so it should be replaced by a new one.  8)

* There should be assurance for rights of language and culture. Our differences should not be a reason for separation but one of unity and richness of colours.

* The law for election and political parties should be changed and be made more democratic. The free will of the people should be given the right to be represented in the Grand Assembly.

* The legal and actual practices on the freedom of thought and organisation, essential for a democratic society.

* The Draft Bill for Fight with Terror should be revoked, because this bill is a strait jacket meant to be. It is a kind of law for fight with the Kurdish.

* There should be “a Political Amnesty” as a way to open peaceful channels and the democratisation of the political life.

* Laws special for the individual should be should be abolished. F Type, D Type and all kinds of isolation and special repression should be given up.

* 126 people died while protesting such practices and thousands of others suffer from serious health problems. It is not acceptable that the government has not noticed and not done anything about these. This practice should be ended and replaced with contemporary and regulations and practices.

* The practice of village guards should be abolished and the mines should be cleared.

* There should be possibilities for the people to return to their evacuated villages that reach up to 4000 in number. There should be humanitarian conditions there for them to live as a human being. In this context, the number 5233 Law of Compensation is not enough to solve the problem on its own while the new practise brings about injustice.

* Regarding the injustice in distribution of wealth, unemployment, lack of investment, lack of wealth and the long periods of emergency in Eastern and South-Eastern regions, there should be a special plan for development for the region.

* There should be steps in compliance with the modern world, taken towards identity and cultural rights:

* Drawbacks on the Kurdish language, education in the mother language, TV-radio broadcast and written publications should be lifted. There should be possibilities for education and publications with regard to the population and the demands.

* Habitation unities whose names had been changed by laws should be granted their names in accordance with their historical, geographical, and cultural structures.

* Kurdology Institutes and Kurdish culture and history academies should be opened.

* Expressing that they defined a three-phase road map a while ago, Turk went on with his speech:

"I repeat my calls from here once more. Some sides reflect these calls as a deal, and they say that we say these for the stipulation that PKK should conform to the decision of no operation. Such a controversy does not reflect the truth and it does not contribute to a solution. It is not important whether the operations will stop or PKK will stop its actions. What really counts is whether the blood that drips will stop. What really counts is whether the Kurdish people have a country where they can express themselves freely. Everyone should do what falls on them as a responsibility."

Aww,so good news!.How nice we can use our diplomatic experience and needs.Turk is doing what he has to do,by the way all Kurds will say we are Kurds, can learn Kurdish. At least,we gained time by the way.

At east,Ahmedinecad is challenging with all world, and then smiling to the camera after he hide his thin face with beard smiling to the camera, psychopathically.I know god sent him to the world for saving world duty.Trying to find a way to attack PKK to have a pretext getting ally with Turkey(So brave don't need ally but suddenly they can be ally by the way)

Turkey is another crazy loser. After Kurds allied with America and became more independent. Some of them are thinking on being ally of America and planing great turkish union.Maybe this is just a joke for making us angry, even it is not a joke cant be real,i promise for my life(if Turkey is America's state maybe it can be).But still Turks really don't want to see a powerful Kurd in the world.Because we are in it,we are in their country, their regime, and we are not helping them to satisfy their ego.Actually,we are obstructing them.

And still in this site,if i didn't read wrongly, some kurds love Turkey, some of them love Iran.

If Turkey really give rights to Kurds and if there is a country in Iraq, everythings will be cool.Because harder thing is having the same idea about that with Turks.By the way, their fixed idea will fall down and there won't be real problem. And all Kurds if they really like their nation can go to Southern Kurdistan,i am planning to go.

At first, allways we have to be careful,we have to thicken about saving our real things.Kurds fought against Turks before for lots of times.Lots of revolts is grew by Turks. And then easily they beat Kurds. And then they said "Mountain Turks" to Kurds.I think Turk is really acting like a Kurd.I like Turk, this is a good plan,Turk.Even Armenians' revolt, how many Armenians killed and now there is a little Armenia. And there was Russia supporting Armenia and of course lots of country will save Armenia, still they lost a lot.Yes,we are powerful,brave,40 millions but who will save us outside of us.We have to be careful. If we don't again we can hear they are calling Mountain turks.Dont worry,it is about logic and ideas,we have to concentrate about them, develop our minds.Really, this is good Ahmet Turk,we concentrate and finding solutions, going to better,to saving gains and not repeating the history(Y) : )

Have you seen Ahmen on Roj-TV. He said he will help Turks to find their real identity and will help them to not disappear. He has got pitty with Turks that they are nothing now. They can’t do anything. And he told that Northern-Kurds will help all Kurds in Kurdistan also Kurds in South-Kurdistan.
He and I think, things are going better in Northern-Kurdistan than in South-Kurdistan. Kurds in Northern parts of Kurdistan have more political power and they are with more Kurds.
Do not forget that North-Kurdistan is the biggest part of Kurdistan and there live more than half of all Kurds!
Without help of the rest, Turkye can’t do anything. Turkssss always killed us Kurds with the help of Iranians, Arabs and West.
Europe don’t want help Turkye anymore. They gave them a chance 100 years ago and Turkey did/ t succeeded to assimilate Kurds.
Arabs can’t help Turkey, because Arabs are more helpless then Tuksssssss.
And Iran is in the world of shit. Iran has got it’s own problems with America.

Turkssss are nothing. Weakest nations in Africa are more powerful that Tukye!

And he told that Northern-Kurds will help all Kurds in Kurdistan also Kurds in South-Kurdistan.

I think that is the contrary. Northern Kurds are always in danger to lost their identity, they often only copy leftist Turkish movement and their Kurdish language is always afwul.

Southern Kurdistan could be a chance for all Kurds, but especially Northern Kurds who are not comfortable with their "Turdish identity".

In South-Kurdistan only live about 4-5 million Kurds. In Northern-Kurdistan are 25 million Kurds. After APO (Ocalan) Kurds found their real identity. That’s why I love APO. He brought self- awareness among Kurds again. He awakened sleeping Kurds in Northern-Kurdistan.
Northern Kurds are political more powerful and more important to Kurdish nation, race and history than other Kurds. Everybody can ignore 4-5 million people. But nobody can ever ignore 25 million Kurds in Northern-Kurdistan. And definitely not 40 million Kurds in whole Kurdistan.

Turkye, Iran and Arabs are in the world of sh*t!

FAKE. There were 16 revolts before PKK in Northern Kurdistan. Before Apo. And the PKK is a great school of Turdishness... the best one after kemalism.

I was many times in Northern Kurdistan, western Kurdistan and SOuthern Kurdistan. In Western and Southern parts, Kurds had never lost their culture. Northern Kurdistan is in danger of assimilation. Go in Amid and listen to ppl sepaking Kurdish, you will understand what I mean. Go in Qamishlo and listen to ppl speaking, and compare the difference.

Southern Kurdistan is smaller and less populated but they have a state, they have Kurdish schools and universities, and they are wealthy. Or if you considered just the size, Israël should be one of the less important country in the Middle-east...

And praise Southern Kurdistan to be for they are the more tolerant and smart with yezidis. Not sure that in Northern Kurdistan Yezidis are so comfortable with their muslim neighbours, like Alevis... Northern Kurds had much to learn from their brothers beyond the borders.

After ATA-Turk (biggest enemy of Turksss)?

APO once said that a garden without flowers is not a garden. And Yezidi Kurds are flowers/roses in Kurdish garden!

Yezidi Kurds even from Russia work with northern (Turkish) Kurds. Even my uncle who lives in Moscow is getting paid by Northern Kurds, from North Kurdistan. We Yezidi Kurds have more binding and understand northern-Kurds more than other Kurds.

In the new Party DTP, there are a lot Yezidi’s on the list who are occupying high positions.
Even in PKK a lot Yezidi after Alevi Kurds have major positions in political structure and military structure.

Yezidi's fled to Russian Empire because of Turkssss and not because of our brothers!

Your Kurdish muslim brothers genocized you with Armenians and other Christians, they were not angels !
At the same time or later, Southern Kurds could kill Assyrians, they were not angels all the time.

Of course as you are Notehrn-Kurds you have bonds with Northern Kurds and after the genocide of 1915, most of Kurdish nationalist movements made denounced Ottoman crimes, and accuses too some of their own compatriots, they were not blindful.

But go in Nothern Kurdistan and state everywhere that you are Yezidi, and wait for the reactions, they won't be all so smart as you guess... Ask to Alevis, for example... or Christians.

Northern Kurdistan is a land of violence and war, then all weak minority groups are targets. In Southern Kurdistan things are not 100% positive but it is a land where religious minority find a shelter. Northern Kurdistan is a land where religious minority have to fled. Because of war. For example, Christians were not so happy to be threatened by both Turkish army and the PKK...

And if you praise Apo, praise Atatürk too, he stated himself as a strong kemalist

I don't understand this topic clearly.Maybe the other Kurds killed Yezidi Kurds. At first, lots of Kurds are not well-educated.But,we are going better. And when this things happened who was the authority there. If today in Southern Kurdistan,Talabani and Barzani do bad things, yes it will be bad thing and bad history for us.Because they are nearly free nearly state.Yes,this is not good Kurds killed Yezidi Kurds or now Pkk kills Kurds in Turkish army.We really need to try to avoid this things to happen.

But when we are judging ourselves before accusing ourselves,we should think there was not Kurdistan or Armenia or Yezidi Kurdistan or Christian Kurdistan or Assyria.Maybe there is big region but not authority not developed and it is really hard being authority in Middle-East naturally with your REAL nation without dictators. This is my mind why because if we don't try to see truths we will make this faults again.

Every nation has bad mans and some problems happen sometimes. But when this things happen maybe a crazy feudal lord called people fooled people and they killed them without asking people who don't want this things to happen and AUTHORITY didn't stop that.Maybe pushed them.

Of course, before politic unity Germans,Italians had problems like that you know bad side of being feudal. This is not pretext for that. But i mean there is NO real reason for Kurds to killing Yezidi Kurds. And i hope they don't think in this day today. We should think why this things happened and how we can stop but don't accuse ourselves for that and shouldn't think things are same today.Because can't gain anything.

Northern Kurds don't have an army and they do very bad in the elections. If there are 20 million Kurds in North-Kurdistan, why they don't vote on the DTP? If they do this, they will cross the 10% threshold. But they don't.. they vote on Turkish parties.

In South-Kurdistan Kurds vote on Kurdish parties, speak Kurdish, have a Kurdish flag, everything. I don't think it's logical to compare parts of Kurdistan. But if you want to do this.. go ahead.
The suppression of ethnic cultures and minority religious groups in attempting to forge a modern nation were not unique to Turkey but occurred in very similar ways in its European neighbours - Bruinessen.

And before the PKK you already had a lot of other Kurdish parties. PKK is just one of the most radical ones.

If there are 20 million Kurds in North-Kurdistan

Not North-Kurdistan but all Turkey. DTP got most vote(even sometimes more than 50%) at Kurdish cities.

Also more than 50% of DTP votes comes from Turkish cities like izmir, istanbul ext.

Infact DTP got more vote at istanbul than Diyarbakır.
