I dont think u can Personaly stop it, unless u contact the owner of the sites and tell them , someone is using ur name.
First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then YOU WIN !

Legally you can complain, then warn the owner of the site as says Dyaoko. The webmaster is always responsible of what is published on his site.

sorry to say this, but basically u cant do much about it..
cuz even if u contact the sites adiministrator, the worst they could do, is to ban his/her IP.. but well, there r lots of other websites around
just ignore it.

It depends on the country which hosts the website but in many european one, legally you can complain. Then the user of your name could be found with his IP.
