Kurdistan

O, Kurdistan the land that wants to be free

The reality of that probably would not be

Because, we are surrounded by many enemies

Taken over our land, home, village and missionaries

We fought for years, and still fighting

But freedom in our land has no sight

We look forward for somewhere safe to hide

And go to sleep, but our heart listens like a care open wide

We want the world to hear

What Kurds are going through, by enemies fear

Our people loosing life’s in the mountains, but never

Care up the hope

And many of their families getting hanged by

One miss rope

But as the elders always say

The Violence is not the only way

Work hard and bring the light

Make Kurdistan shiny and bright

Like the stars in the sky’s

And fathers want to stop saying to their

Children Good-Byes
