Attack against Kurdish websites

First Kurdishmedia was offline, because of too much visitors.
Then Kerkuk Kurdistan was hacked by Turkish hackers.

After this TheKurdistani.com is offline, due to too much visitors. Is someone attacking Kurdish sites or smth?

Most likely. These Turks just will not leave us alone no matter where we go... There are several other Kurdish sites that have been facing technical difficulties for probably the same reasons...

the other day i did a google search for Agha, Sheikh, and State by martin van bruinessen, to see if i could find a used copy of the book for sale. here is the google return page that comes up:

i noticed a KM article that referenced the book and i wanted to see what it said. however, knowing that KM was down, i clicked on "cache."

now, you go and do the same and see what comes up instead. it should be about the fifth entry down.

turkish web hosting company hacked by Greek and Kurdish hackers. the message is one... FUCK TURKEY! can they do more bigger attack than this? :-p GK OWNZ!

our site was killed to, by to much visitors.
So our hosting ended the contract with them.
The atatcks were made from turkey and we lost some date and alot of time to restore everything.
