Talabani knows prfectly that there is no region in southern kurdistan where turkmens would be a majority, he knows that the autonomy is impossible for them. but he's going until the end of his reasonnment which is the principle of selfdetermination. and in some way that causes ambarassement to turkey toward the kurdish question in turkey and in irak

No need to precise it comes from a radical turkmen website
they call their future country "turkmeneli".. Personnaly I'm a bit surprise to see Zakho and Duhok, where I would have been happy to speak turkish...but they needed a connection with turkey I guess
