In fact, a poll in southern Kurdistan last year said nearly 70% of Kurds want to establish diplomatic relations with Israel. Barzani also stated he wanted to establish relations with Israel, but because the backward Arabs hold power in Baghdad and there is no independent Kurdistan we are currently restricted from doing so.

I still find it funny that Turkey, a nation with more than 70 million people, relies on Jewish Israel, with 7 million people, for defense imports. That just shows how "powerful" Turkey's mighty army is. So I guess Turkey sees itself in the same weak position as Kurds.

I don't think Turks have very good English skills. No one in this thread has stated anything anti-Jewish. I support Israel very much. They are great at killing Arabs and Islamists in general. When they declared independence in 1948 there were barely 700,000 Jews living in Palestine. They had no army and only a few rusty French airplanes, yet they were still able to defeat an invasion of five Arab armies. Now they have a very powerful military, a thriving economy, and alliances with many important nations. It's a good model for Southern Kurdistan.
