If the Cypriot Turks are Secular and the Turkey it self is divided between its secular Turks (which we will side with) and Islamic Turks, then who do you think they are going to side with?

Also the Cypriot Turks look up to their Turkish brothers. If we were to help the Turks and Greeks of Cyprus embrass a new identity that makes them unique compare to their corresponding mother countries, then it would look better on them both working together and in our favor if we were the ones to help bridge the gap. You have to look at things in a combination of optimistic and realism in order to succeed in life. I am doing that right now.

Anyways since it was the Kurds rather than the Anatolian Turks that help bring peace to Cyprus for both Cypriot people that it would morally, logically, and ethnically wrong for the Cypriot Turks to turn against the Kurds, when the Anatolians have done nothing for them.

I would definitely say that the Greeks of Cyprus need to make their country unique unless they want to become a part of Greece rather than an independent state.

Certainly if Cyprus was to mix its Turkish and Greek nature, it would certainly stand out from becoming a part of Greece or Turkey, which would allow it to remain independent from the two. If the Cypriots really want to be independent from the Greeks and Turks then they should consider this idea. Eventually Cyprus's Greek and Turkish tongues should mix and become a whole different and seperate language.

What I am really saying is that why not break down these boarders between Turk and Greek Cypriots and start co-existing as one people. Have both Greek and Turk to be their official languages and start mating together to have some unique people.

Our Patriotism is all what count, Turkey can't beat us, even with their state-of-art weapons. This time, we won't be too kind or forgivable.

Sorry, when did you forgivable. am I wrong or It was selcuks and ottomans ruled kurdish cities.

I dont remember any point at history, Kurds conquered istanbul and show mercy us..

Istanbul wants to remain secular. The Eastern Turks that live in Anatolia want to establish an Islamic State.

You are talking form your ass.. AKP have almost same vote at istanbul and anatolia..

Istanbul have as religious people as most of other cities.

Greece the country that has made Western Civilization or Turkey. I think most of Europe and the United States will side with Greece. If the Greeks are on the Kurd's side then certainly things will become much better for the Kurds with all that support.

Greece? do you think they would fight for Kurds? They did not even fight for greek at cyprus..

If it was a chance for Greece to take back ALL of their land, they would defiantly fight, and yes, there is a reason why Greece won't take Cyprus, its a way to small island, and its no point fighting over it really.

haha. So greece want to take izmir and istanbul? Maybe you should look for population of these cities. I am sure greece dont want 20 million Turk at his own country. Specially, when her population is nothing more than ten million..

Trabzon? are you talking about my lovely city..

Maybe you should look map. Even there was not any army at way, Greeks cannot walk to Trabzon.

It is not north of Turkey, It is north east of Turkey..

No chance, this is more difficult than to take istanbul..

no no, I don't think that was the name of the city :)

If an war, I would like you Turks to keep all your city's, just give us Kurdistan, and Greece, what actually belongs to them (and where Greece population is a fact)

Izmir, Trebzon and Istanbul will belong to you.

I would think they want some islands, maybe, but lets see, I don't think you will miss those cities/islands anyways.

Pontus was the name of the city/region they want, so-called ''Pointic'' Greeks live there. It borders to the black sea.
