The office of the Iraqi president has revealed that Iraqi President Jalal Talabani’s health status is improving and he has had a good response to the medical treatments which are being carried out in Germany.

The president’s office published an announcement regarding the health status of President Jalal Talabani, stating the effectiveness of the therapies and medical care being given by the highly specialized medical staff.
“This advanced improvement in the president’s health has been seen in the late stages of the therapies and medical care, which have resulted in massive improvements including bodily movements, speaking and cognition,” according to the announcement.
President Jalal Talabani suffered a stroke on December 17, 2012 and was transferred to Germany on December 20 for medical care which has been continuous up until this point.
