Ne rihetî is in my circles used as "Problem"... "Un comfort" - "Ne rihetî chiye?" "What is the un-comfort?"...
Because of the lack of a proper word in my dialect - that is what we say...
Better than saying "Mishkîle" or "Arîse"...
