We use cîger or pişk for lungs and kezew for liver.
liver in kurmanci ferheng is Kezeb. and cigera spî is stayed as lungs and cigera reş as livers.

You have it in reverse heval Kurd-sthanam . Kezeb is lung and Ciger or ceger is liver . My mother said that and do not even think about objecting
