Silly Ninos... Turkish "C" is like ENGLISH "J" and FRENCH "J" is like - well it ISN'T like any other language I know of...

So it can't be BOTH French J AND Turkish C - because those are very different...

In Kurdish we have the same "C" as Turkish - and we have the same "J" as French...

Our J ? Just like Kurdish... or Persian.

Kilan means "which one" ? but s,ijan or s,ican, I don't know...
