it depends what you want to mean with problem. When I want to say "trouble" I say mis, kile, but it is in Arab.

Girift is a persian-based word. From Gereftan (To take)/Gereftari (Problem). But it is widely used in the sorani, like in "Gîr û Girift". Its word-by-word translation into sorani would be "Bigre-û-Girtî" ( which doesnot make any sense !!!)

A better word in Kurdish would be "Kêşe". It is used in both Sorani and Kurmanci, For instance

http://www.avestakurd.net/Avesta%2073/kemal%20sido.htm

I have seen "pirsgirêk" in the Kurmancî literature.
According to "Erdal Ronahî"'s on-line dictionary, "problem" translates to "pirsgirêk". He also has "arîse" too, which seems to be from Arabic " 'Ariza".

You're welcome. Yeah, "Kosp" is used as well, but I think that "Kosp" is the equivalent of "Obstacle/barrier" in English or "Mane' " in Arabic/Persian (Kend u Kosp). According to http://www.ferheng.org/sorani.html
Kosp translates to "Engel" in Turkish, which in turn translates to "barrier" in English.
