omitting problem in some kurdish words...

In kurdish there are some words which one of the vowels in some readings is omitted. for example;

silav(silaw)--------->slav or slaw(i prefer slav or silav because we dont pronounce last letter as "W" (like in Word,World in eng) but it is pronounced as "V" (Vein,Veil in eng))

bira------->bra
etc..

is there a standardized form for these words? which use is better?

the Kurdish "i" is so light and quickly saying that it could be omitted (as in soranĂ®). There are variation of spelling for certain words, like "bra". But in general we write it.

"v" is different from "w", but as for sorani speakers, i noticed "silaw" or "slaw" is much more used than silav..
n as for "i", as piling said, this letter is ommited in sorani!
