How many Kurds use this alphabet?

You do know that the alphabet formed by Celadet Bedirxan, is the strongest and most unifying Kurdish alphabet? You know that it's counter-unity to have more than one alphabet...?

Why do people always want to bring new ideas, when all we need is to agree on ONE idea...

I don't like this "New" alphabet for many reasons... But the most important one: It makes Kurdish too hard to learn... It's too complicated to be inviting and educational... It looks like some sort of code... What's up with ten different e's and ten different j's?

Diri, do you think that there is a chance that at some point in the near future, Sorani will not be written in Arabic letters?

Ez haz nakim. Çima yek nuh cekirî? Alfabe nuha baş kar dike.

Û eger soranî alfabe ê kurmancî bi kar tîne, ji bo hemû kurdan baştir dibe. Dema ku Kurdistan peyda dikin, hemû kurdan dive bi hevira bi kari bin bi hevdûra deng kin.

(I hope I made sense)
(The bold words: I wanted to write "to be able to" and I wrote that. Is it correct?)

na, miniş hez nakem lem scripte Kurdîye.. i have to agree with kak Dirî and kak Comred.

to Hawk: i'm sure one day soon, there won't be any use of arabic script, but there will only be a problem, n it is all the old sorani books which have used arabic script!

I think there is a GREAT chance that might happen... Because Arabic script is not the script of technology - and it's only excess complication...

In my oppinion, it won't be more than a couple of years before they introduce the Kurdî Latînî script in southern Kurdistan (KRG) either... :)

Cheers!!! :D

Just hope the KRG picks it up for use soon... :?

The longer the wait - the harder it will be to change the official script...
