xosh = sweet, fine, marry
xoshm = ??, means this "m" = in english "I" ?

ewey = want you??

ewêy - you == with the Y you point at someone..

eg. xoşimewê = I love him/her
Xoşimewêy = i love you :)

No, no. The present stem is "wê-". It's past root "wistin" is one of the exception verbs in Kurdish.
Sorani speakers of Silemani, Mahabad, and Hewler mainly use it instaed of "xwastin".
Also in Leki Kurdish they use it too as "gistin" or "gêstin", present root "gê-" or "ê-". The only counterpart of this in out of Kurdistan is Talyshi "pistin" (ez bepistimê" ~ "I want") which I think could be borrowed from Kurdish (somany Kurdish tribes have been exiled to the Talysh area in Northern Iran and due to their influence Talyshes are the only Sunnite people of Northern Iran).
But when the prayer is over then disperse abroad in the land and seek the grace of God, and remember God much, that you may be successful.

Maybe its from Hawrami?

Its an hawrami, zazaki and balochi process to change the wx-louds of parthian to "w".

No buddy, "wîstin", "wê-" doesn't exist in Hewrami and other Gorani variaties. As I said it's specific to Hewler, Silemani and Mahabad along with Leki "gîstin", "gê-" and Talyshi "pîyê", "pîst-". Since the special kind of syntax "de-m-wê", de-t-wê" in Sorani, so I think it's maybe related with the verb "to be". It's just my guess, but i'm sure it has nothing to do with Hewrami "wastey" ~ "waz-".
