People of KCC in London have translated the meaning of 'Cultural' to Kurdish to mean 'Educational', which is wrong. There is a lot of difference between 'cultural' and educational. 'Cultural' in Kurdish means 'cueletori.' Cultural things are established norms and traditions passed from generation to generation. Educational things are newly learned knowledges.
