the only chnace you have to order from internet (but the book i saw are not cheap and i dont know how good or not they are). forget that you will be able to buy in Uk any book for learning - i didnt see, maybe in big bookstore in big cities... i dont know. websites for learning which i have are in original sorani writting so called "arabic" ), so i dont think you will use them. if you like to learn sorani writting use that website:
http://www.lexilogos.com/clavier/sorani.htm (warning  : some letters look different if they are as first in the word, in the middle or as last one, so you have to be aware of that).
maybe try this one (i dont know):
http://clik2rock.org/data/KurdishGrammar.pdf
http://gloss.dliflc.edu/searchresults.aspx (short texts of different difficulty levels, there is a player on the site so you can listen to them)
http://lexin.nada.kth.se/lang/trio/sk/sydkurdiska.htm (here if you go to any of listed topics, and then if you click on pic you can hear the pronunciation of the word)
http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~iranian/Sor ... bulary.pdf (dictionary, but some words are not in use by kurdish people, coz they are not pure sorani)
http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~iranian/Sor ... rammar.pdf (in both writting systems, but warning - when my kurdish brothers saw this book, they used to run off straight away  . some of stuff there are more farsi style than sorani)

i cant offer you anything else with the latin writting system, but try also to search in internet by yourself, maybe you will find soemthing useful. good luck!
