cant understand text please help

my kurdish is very basic.....i received a text the other day saying....jazhnt Peroz bet hamw salekt jazhnw xoshy bet....can someone please translate for me? thank you the only word i think i know is xoshy

It sais "happy celebrations (referring to eid) I hope that every year will be a celebration for you" It's the best I can do, its kind of hard changing it into proper english

thanks ideas i knew it was something to do with Eid greetings and the only word i knew was happy ....

unfortunately people use Latin font not well . it is better to use arabic font if we don't have Kurdish latin font !

i know what you mean in my dictionaries same words are spelled differently, so confusing when trying to learn the language. My bf uses the arabic font, thats why i couldnt ask him what the text meant

dear lina, even if your bf is sorani and uses oruginally sorani fonts - he also can very easy understand sorani language written in latin script - trust me, all kurdish people can use both writing systems for their native language - thats one of the many amazing things about Kurds - just ask your bf, he can write sorani in both way

aww he cant kulka ...we have some dictionaries/phrase books with english/script and others with english/latin style ....i have to read out the latin style...thankfully my pronounciation is getting better
