Judges also decided to hold the next hearing in April 2017 and wait until the politicians prosecuted in the "KCK Main Case" including KCK Executive Council member Sabri Ok, Kongra-Gel Co-President Remzi Kartal, Nurettin Demirtaş, Hüseyin Zorlu, Fikri Aktaş, Müzeyyen Güneş, Nadire Nergiz, Mesude Şahin, Kenan Ayaz, Gülabi Dere, Özlem Tanrıkulu, Hamit Aslan, Nesrin Deniz, Remzi Kartal, Mustafa Sarıkaya, Şükran Aydın, Mehmet Ermiş, Mehmet Duman, Gülistan Aksoy, Gülay Calap, Ünal Ahmet Çelen and Erkan Pişkin are apprehended and brought to court.
Some of those mentioned above may not be in Turkey - that being the case is it Turkey's intention to kidnap them and forcibly take them to Turkey
