Dear Vice Chair of Univeristy of Oklama,

I would like to inform you about a case of misconduct from one of the students of your university...

As you may know, some days ago there was a heart breaking blast in the northern Iraqi ciry of Irbil which resulted in at least 60 deaths as well as more than a hundred wounded...

The news was terrifying especially for the Kurdish people who could viewed the issue with a greive and mourning in the scale of the September 11 attacks in US.

The issue was reported around the internet community and one of them was a kurdish bloggers union...

However, at this tragic moment , one of your university's students using your universities computer access points expressed his loudest happiness in the most untolerable manner...

The student first showed he was "happy today seeing all these mother fucker people dead bodies hmmm like an orgasm". Then he continued his words stating that it is "JACKPOT" to hear the news...

Then his attacks continued in an extremely racist mannor that I am too ashamed to mention here..

The same person has allegedly used the university computers to attack and delete messages on one of our forms which clearly violates the university regualations....

Therefore we would like to ask for a proper action against this student that your university has in place to penalize on violation of diciplinary manners...
