Tom...

I don't think you should discuss the Armenians... You aren't an Armenian - so when you tell us "what they think" it is just a Breton trying to be "diplomatic" - and trying to "balance" between a fascist of each side...

It doesn't work out... You see things VERY BLACK AND WHITE... Which is of course a very sad thing... Nothing is black and white...

I wish your government had the balls to say that and apologize to Armenians, Assyrians, Greeks and Kurds.

Why would we apolize from those lousy Armenians? Because we defended ourselves from Armenian terrorists? We saw your real face in Azerbaijan right now. And, about those genocide allegations. I really hope that it is true that way we would have something to be proud of in the 7 century Ottoman crap!

Well, just like Saddam called on his soliders to kill kurds, Armenian Church in 1910 issued a declaration to all Armenian Orthodox churches to mobilize Armenians to fight againist Turks and motivate them to kill all Turks in the region. Doesn't it sound familiar. Change the "turk" with "kurd" and you will probably find out!

At this time, Armenians lived between the Ottoman empire and Russian empire. They disputed some borders, ok, but I don't see how Armenian church living under Ottoman's rule could have made a such statement within Western Armenia. So I suppose that these call came from Armenians linving within Tsarist territories, in Eastern Armenia.
