Well, if a site has an IP adress in Turkey, that does not mean that the site is sponsored by Turkish government. There are millions of pages in Turkish and I doubt all of the mare sponsored by taxpayers' money!

The Turkmen are safe under the wing of the Kurdistani government. If Turkey treats it's Kurds well, then the KRG will have a reason to treat the Turkmen well!
Turkey should treat its kurds good no matter how KDP treats Turkomans. Turkish kurds are the citizens of Turkey not Iraq's. They pay their taxes to Turkey not to Iraq like Turkomans!
