oil extraction stratred in Zaxo

the Iraqi Oil minstery Motasam Akram annoucned , extracting oil in zaxo has started,
searching for oil in Zaxo had started by a norwegian company and now after digging 3200 meters they reached the oil and it is ready to be extracted.

the Iraqi Oil Minstery said the agreements with norwegian company was signed with Iraqi Oil minster...

the Kurdistan Oil minster , Serbaz Hewrami also said Thank to our shahids... blah blah...


Question , Who the hell Iraqi Oil Minster is to talk about our oil ? and why norwegian company signed agreement with Iraqi oil minster ? shouldnt they talk to Kurdistan oil minster?

the other qeustion , will all money be for Kurdistan ? or it would be 60% Kurd, 40% Iraq ?

As I have heard, the Constitution of 2005 said that all income of oil-fied discovered before 2005 are given to Iraq but all oilfieds discovered after should be the entire property of Kurdistan. Then, logicall, oil of Zaxo is only for Kurdistan.

But perhaps it needs officially to have a signature of Iraq, which is still the official state ?

what a strange constitituion.... why does it matter when that oil fields were discovered ? why oil fields before 2005 should be given to iraq? it is our oil.

by the way the peyamner says, it will take 3 years to install tools on this oil field...

It is only carpet sellors' bargain, I guess. Probably that old oilfields are near to be finished and new are more interesting
