I have a (silly) question that i don't know in what section of the topic i should post.
I have just got a message with my mobile phone IN ITALIAN from a country that i think is not european..i suspect it is from Turkey..
the number starts with ++90536... please I dont know who the person is, i have friends around the world! has anyone an idea of teh prefix? sorry for the silly question...i need to know!!!

0090 is the international code for Turkey...

The "anonymous" writer later decided to phone me : as I had suspected, it was a friend of mine(half-Kurd, half-Turk,100% Alewi ), who is in Istanbul (waiting to get the visa for Italy).

yes its from turkey as u know and its a pre-paid TURKCELL number.. there are 3 gsm companies in Turkey(0090), Turkcell(53X), Avea(50X&55X), Telsim(54X)..

i would suggest that give the number to me then i would talk to him/her and what's problem.. then i can say its wrong or a friend was tryin to reach you..

im from turkey.. it will make me happy if i can do anything for someone of our community..

Even if i am not a Kurd, I am a "Kurd at heart", that's why my nickname is kurdophile. I met so many Kurdish guys/girls /mothers/children...that I got very interested and fascinated. I always try to understand more and more about Kurds' situation/culture etc
I dont speak kurmangi, i know a bit of sorani but i have forgotten a lot of words after my kurdish neighbours ( 3 families=15 ppl) moved in another town and the new ones dont seem very interested in a friendship with a European person.

Noooo! how can i say such a thing? of course i mean all of us expect anti-Kurds or Kurd-hater members..

and UE_kurdophile, let me say this, FOR ME and i guess most of MY PEOPLE; a person who is not a Kurd ethnically but a Kurd-lover, and interested in freedom and rights of Kurds, is worth more than a person who is %100 Kurd and not interested in his/her people rights & freedom and also assimilated with our enemies..

how can you think that i didnt mean u or other our not-Kurd friends & brothas.. we love you, all supporters of Kurdish freedom movement.. actually especially Europeans.. we dont feel alone ourself with people like you..
