Basic Sorani grammar to download

In searching on the internet today, I found a new site that offers for free download a "basic grammar" of Sorani Kurdish as a PDF file.

I've only just begun to look at the grammar, and so can't comment on how good or useful it is, but wanted to notify others who might be interested.
