in kurdish we call it esbinjinain (its older version from iraq-iran was called that,not sure what this newer version is called in kurdish. maybe the same).
and this one is the newer version and is called safir in English. The jeep is called safir,but it have 12 different models with different equipment attached to its back,like MRL,AT-missiles and Cannons. (The cannon on the safir jeep that u posted is M40 recoilless rifle)
Iran uses the newer safir jeep alot nowdays,and have currently produced around 14 000 of them,and its military industry will produce 5000 of them every year.
ive seen many of them in hands of peshmerga (with different equipment on. Many pictures are posted on this topic). They were also used by peshmerga when they entered kirkuk.

My cousin's husband from Erbil emailed me these photos from kurdistan which were taken few weeks ago , this is the same one "ideas" posted which had a kurdish flag on it.

We do have military choppers guys , now to go get them fighter jets

he told me ages ago he has seen 10 at the base he visited once , i am not sure if this is the same base but i will ask him .

And people called me crazy. Why would I make something like that up? what could I possibly gain out of it. My friend is an interpreter, I have him on Facebook where has pictures of him in American military clothes clearly stating that he is an interpreter and he claims to have been present when the deal was made. An MP on SLC announced that, Massoud Barzani in his previous visit to Bulgaria , had put in an order for 300 tanks from Bulgaria and Russia.

Ihsan Awda announced today from the Iraqi parliament that "Barzani had placed an order for 300 tanks from Bulgaria and Russia in his previous visit to Bulgaria".

"we will try to cancel these purchases , and we are also to announce that Barzani was successful to stop equipping the Iraqi army with heavy weaponry as well as the F16 purchases to Iraq" he added.

i personally think that the F16s would have been cancelled by the Jews not Barzani but nevertheless its all good news !
