Sa3ed Mutlabi, an MP on SLC announced that they have the list of weapons Barzani had asked some European countries in his recent visit.

He said in a statement to (NINA) news that "due to the strong relations the European countries have with Iraq, they have notified the Iraqi government of the request as they respect the unity of Iraq, and we have decline approval for the sale of these weapons".

Haha the losers have a big mouth. We all remember bagdad bob and how they were winning the war lol. The only chance these losers have against peshmerga is because of less weapons and not because they are great. When peshmerga get new weapons they will not have a chance.

Maybe berzani never ordered 300 tanks? I mean,Maybe that was some nonesense the arabs come up With. And later on the day They would block the deal to make the arab citizens Think They have alot of power And are europes best friends (cuz They have no other way to hold the peoples moral up),and make the kurds look like thy have no friends and no power. I Will not believe the purcharse 100% until serok berzani himself (or other high ranked KURDISH officals) says he ordered 300 tanks. After all,Why should We believe some arabs from SNC/ maliki?

After been officially invited by the Romanian Government, a delegation from Peshmerga Ministry participates in Romanian weapon exhibition in Bucharest . The delegation was consisted of High Peshmerga officials Halgurd (director of Pesh. awareness department) , Sarbast Omer (director of the ranks) and MuQadam Ata ( deputy director of arms deal contracts).

The delegation was received by the finance minister and later they participated in the weapon exhibition , the Pesh. delegates closely saw some heavy and light weaponry , and information was exchanged , then the delegate paid a visit to a local weapon factory.

The Peshmerga delegate stayed for 10 days and met with 19 weapon manufacturing companies , the 2 sides discussed buying Tanks , armed vehicles and fighter jets and negotiations are still ongoing .

"we did not even order 300 tanks let alone them cancelling such arms sale" . he says "the Iraqi army is not constitutional anymore as it was suppose to be 5 brigades not 20 , thus they have no right to use constitution against us for seeking to buy any kind of weapons"

could that be some of the weapons we bought from romania? they (Romania) manufacture those choppers. (licence). it was made as an military chopper,but can of course be used for other purposses.
( its an SA 330 Puma,or an IAR 330 if we got them from romania).

Sami Askari a member of SLC announced that KRG has asked the Americans to repair 300 jet fighters for them which were captured during iraq invasion in 2003. he also said that some EU countries have rejected selling KRG heavy weapons , he also urged KRG to hand over all the heavy weaponry it has at its disposal .
