no he said old iraqi captured jets during the 2003 liberation of iraq.

Peshmerga under secretary , Jabar Yawar , announced today , that Baghdad's request to hand over the heavy weapon of Peshmerga forces is unconstitutional and accused central of withholding the budget of Peshemrga since 2007.
"instead of spreading such nonsense , they should hand us more heavy weapons to protect our region, and the request under any circumstances will be rejected firmly, we urge Baghdad to refrain from such statements in the future". he added.
Yawar added saying "On the contrary , Peshmrga will continue to equip itself from any threats the region might be facing in the future".

My friend is an interpreter, I have him on Facebook where has pictures of him in American military clothes clearly stating that he is an interpreter and he claims to have been present when the deal was made. Alan gyan please try to get some more close up pics.

i say it has been kept under the radar , and the tank orderes could be part of this , but we might never know until we see them pop up on tv like we did when peshmerga entered kirkuk and diyala and we saw all these new heavy weapons they had in possession which non of us had ever seen before ! .
i say the reason behind this is to make iraq iran and turkey unaware of what pesh possess in case they bark like iraq did yesterday .
@ Rando what kind of jets do you think the Romanians have that KRG is interested in !!!
