Stupid idea, because this states have no power in the region. You see it at Assad and Gaddafi how powerfull the US is and how weak Russia and China is. It will be fatal for Kurds to end their relations with the USA, Iraq and Turkey will use this to atack Kurdistan, and Russia and China will do nothing against that.
Yes America dont care about Kurds, we all know that, America dont care about anybody. But if you can be a good ally to the USA, they will support you, like they do it now with South Kurdistan. Yes Turkey and Iraq is a bigger partner for them, but what can we do against that? Kurds are a minority.
Yes we can build Relations with Russia and China, but without ending the Relations with the USA, because they are the biggest player in the middel east. Without their recognition Kurdistan can never be a indipendent state.

What ever we have is weak in quality and ineffective against the Iraqi army, especially in disputed territories (flat terrains). We are most effective in mountainous plains. Our forces are adapted to fighting in such environments, at least for the time being until the Iraqi army receives the F16's. It will make it much easier for them to strike our positions, in the case of a war...which I doubt.
