The final match will be held at Hawler tomorrow, in Franso harriri stadium and it will be played at 7:00 oclock hawler time and 5 GMT. Unfortunately, i will be going for some halparke tomorrow and will miss the match, so i would like everyone to get into the discussions here while the match is played. Not like today, where there was only me and jumineer discussing and everyone was away!

ERBIL, June 8 (AKnews)- The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) would better investigate the accusations over the colors of VIVA logo, instead of attacking the head of the Kurdistan Football Federation (KFF) in Kurdish media, the federation's head said.

In a statement of which AKnews has obtained a copy, Safeen Kanabi said that some cadres of the PUK (led by Iraqi President Jalal Talabani) have exploited the complexion of colors in the VIVA logo for attacking him.  

In his statement addressed to PUK politburo Kanabi asked the party to form a committee in order to follow up the issue over the color of the VIVA logo "so that the PUK cadres and supporters are fully informed about the complexion of the colors in the logo.

Kanabi continued to justify himself saying "there was nothing deliberate.
"Even the first day when Kurdistan VIVA newspaper was issued I was with Kurdistan team in Palestine, not here, …. I was not even present at the KFF meeting ….which can be verified."

The logo for the fifth round of VIVA World Cup 2012, which began this week in Kurdistan, was designed with the help of the N.F. Board, according to AKnews information.

The logo portrayed a person with a golden head and green shoes. The color of the shoes, which in Kurdish culture suggests something lowly, after some objections was later changed to grey.

Green is PUK's flag color and yellow Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP, led by Kurdistan president Massoud Barzani)'s flag color The two parties which are now government allies fought a violent civil war 1994-98.
