actualy these guys are Basiji members in Iran , they usually stay in Basij Mosque and get free drinks (called Sandis Drinks) and they use them to beat people in protests...when there is no protest, they are bored and they beat each other

no it is a famous video in iran, they are really basijis and thats carpets in the mosque , thats a typical basij mosque in iran , and the way they dress (no jean pant and black shirt or white shirt is a very typical basiji dress code)
