I am currently writıng to you all from Diyarbakir. I just wanted to say that I really love it here and I love all the people here as well. I pray for the day that we get our freedom... And I may really go crazy when I come back to the US.

I thought heval was in Kurdistan not Turkey
The suppression of ethnic cultures and minority religious groups in attempting to forge a modern nation were not unique to Turkey but occurred in very similar ways in its European neighbours - Bruinessen.

Yeah, in Kurdistan. I dont know if Ill see Nora because I dont even know what she looks like and Kurdistan is huge :D But tomorrow I will be heading to Duhok and maybe a coincidence will happen!

Cheryl - Diyarbakir zorrrr xoshe. I love this city and all the people as well. It is even more beautiful than I had imagined (and I had set very high standards =)

hehe well heval im back home n i didnt see u .. saw a lot of kurdz at the airport :P maybe u were one of them :P yup kurdistan is huge :D .. i had the bessst summer vacation .. even though it waz hottttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt .. i still enjoyed it .. i went to istanbul n diyarbakir .. umm duhok and zaxo .. sulaymania .. mosul :| (very scary there) .. went to hawlerrrrrrrrr .. umm well il be working on ma blog soon (when i start waking up) .. i'm still not used to the time here .. i wake up in the midle of the night .. and sleep all day .. :s .. i took lotz of picz .. il put em on ma blog soooooooooooooooooooon ..

WHAT DID EVERYONE DO FOR THEIR SUMMER VACATION!>!>!> :D
