Kurdish MP in Iraqi parliament: "if iraq does not give a share of purchased weapons to Peshmerga, they will buy their own separately"
ئهندامی ئهنجومهنی نوێنهرانی عێراق رایگهیاند، دوو بژارده لهبهردهم حكومهتی عێراق دا ههیه ئهویش ئهوهیه یان مهشق و راهێنان به دهزگاكانی پۆلیس و ئاسایش و پاسهوان بكات یان ئهوهتا رێگه به ههرێم بدات چهك بكرێت.
ئهندامی لیستی هاوپهیمانی كوردستان له ئهنجومهنی نوێنهرانی عێراق، شوان محهممهد تهها، بۆ ئاژانسی ههواڵ و رادیۆی پهیامنێر رایگهیاند: دهستوری عێراق رێگای بهههرێمی كوردستان داوه دهزگای پۆلیس و ئاسایش و پاسهوانی ههرێمی ههبێت.
وتیشی: ئهو سێ دهزگایه بۆ ئهوهی كارهكانی خۆی تهواو بكات پێویستی به چهك و مهشق وراهێنان ههیه، بۆیه حكومهتی عێراق لهبهردهم دوو بژارده دایه، یهكهمیان یان ئهوهتا پۆلیس و ئاسایش و پاسهوان مهشق و چهكیان پێبدات، یان رێگه بهههرێمی كوردستان بدات چهك بكڕێت، بێجگه لهوانهی ئهوهی دهوترێت، تهنیا قسهی بێبنهمای ئهندامای دهوڵهتی یاسان.
Shwan Mahamad Teha a Kurdish MP in the iraqi parliament on KBC says, either iraq gives Peshmerga a share of the new weapons purchased or Peshmerga will go and buy its own weapons.
He adds that the so called iraqi constitution has allowed KRG to have its own forces thus they will need weapons to protect their areas.
"Peshmerga needs training and weapons, thus iraq has two options one: either iraq provides training and weapons, or two Peshmerga will go and buy its own weapons also what ever else that is been uttered is all rubbish talk by Shiite coalition SLC".
