Fortunately Christians in Kurdistan are not like that donkey. In Nothern area of Mosul they did ask to become a part of Kurdish Region. And The Vice PM of Kurdistan is an Assyrian, so it means that when Nechirvan Barzani travels, Kurdistan is ruled by an Assyrian.

My Kurdish brothers and sisters - we know BETTER than to do like OUR OPPRESSORS: the Turks and Persians and Arabs - we must not do the same mistake as they do and say this is ALL Kurdish... Because we KNOW it isn't... We have lived in Mosul for 700 years - and SOME Kurds say this is now Kurdish... But THEN - should Assyrians get Hakkarî/Colemêrg because they lived there for 700 years too? I don't think so... We should be reasonable...

Today the Nineveh plains have an Assyrian MAJORITY... Nimrood, Nineveh and Calah + some other towns and cities have Assyrian majority...

What we should do is:

Let all the Assyrians of South Kurdistan and beyond - MOVE to Assyria - the cities I mentioned - Mosul, Nineveh, Calah, Hatra, Nimrood, Ashur etc. And compensate them for it... (in e.g. build houses for them there). We should do this because Assyrians have a right to SELF DETERMINATION - and should therefor live in a place and be the majority of this place - like the Nineveh plains... And since they have HISTORICAL claims to these lands we should oblige and let them move back to THEIR lands...
