This morning, someone from the ministry of Culture. 30 mn ago, a historian who wanted to read a Bruinessen's book and called by phone. Now someone wants to watch phd about Turkey and since 5 mn the student should have arrived in the LIbrary. Seemed to have disappeared between the reception desk and my store. Good. :ymdevil:

Now, cold and sunny.

A young man just came in my Library and asked me a job : he wanted to work in the institute : 'cleaning. work. institute' told he in English. I stared him, wondering why the reception has sent him to the Library. I explained I am not the boss and he has to let his candidacy downstairs. He went out.

Later when I ask to the Kurds downstair, they say that no one know him, they just saw him entering, and going directly to the first floor, to the Library as if he knew me. They say it is not the first time he comes and he should be a bit crazy.

So the Library is opened to all mad hobos

Tomorrow, I wait for an old friend who came from Syria to a conference in Paris. He is an old activist, and now is independent from all Kurdish parties which he criticizes harshly. He criticizes ALL the Kurdish parties in Syria. And of course, the PYD is the ONE to threaten him : Shut up or we kill you.

All his friends and families told him to stay in France but he does not want : his life is in his village. Then since many years, he faces Baath and PYD. Enjoy freedom and democracy with Bashar Al Asad and Salih Muslim.

That is nonsense. There are no Kurds on that part of Syrian cost, there are mostly Alawis. Some people have wondered if a small Alawi-State could make an alliance with PYD-Land (Efrîn) some months ago, but of course not with US-Israël 's blessing.
