He is very loyal… to the hand that gives him meals, to the best armchairs, and the best place in my bed

2 hours of translation from German to French. I've refreshed my school memories in Goethe's language. #:-s

My German is very bad and only covers some of Rammstien's lyrics :))

How many languages are you fluent in?

I am not fluent in German, but I've learned it at school and even if I forgot it most of the time (because I don't practice it), when it is necessary, I can speak a few and translating some text with dictionary.

How about a bottle of expensive wine :D

Tickets to a wine tasting event :D

Tour of a vineyard :D

I doubt that he would want a tie or some form of ornament :-?

Expensive aftershave :D

A weekend away for him and his partner :D

Tickets to a music festival :D

Expensive cuff-links :D

Annual subscription to a magazine he would normally buy from a shop :D

Set of curtains or something else for his home :D

Something to do with a hobby he has :D

Visit a man's gift-shop and buy him something funny or unusual :D

Forget the wine, he does not drink alcohol.

He hates tie, aftershave, and does not wear cuff-links etc.

He has a wife and 2 young kids so forgot the week end.

I have no clue about what music he likes (rock, but i am a zero in that field).

As a hobby : sculpture and do-it-yourself. Needs special tools, and i am a zero also.

If I buy sex-toys, my sister-in-law kill me :))

Dreamed that someone I love deeply was dead. Hate such things, even if I don't believe that in a dream it has a real meaning : it will give me a gloomy worried mood for all the day :-s :((

Perhaps you could offer to baby-sit so that him and his wife could go out together sometimes :D

Write a card with IOU 100 hours of babysitting :D

Pergaps you could ask his wife where your brother buys his supplies and buy him a gift voucher :-?

I wrote gift-shop not sex shop

Perhaps you do not have that type of shop in Paris. A place where they sell everything from men's bathrobes, computer games, big boys toys (not sexual), to magic tricks and robotic toys :D

You should know yourself that dreaming about someone dying is a sign of rebirth and renewal. Perhaps it is time for you to renew an old relationship :D

I'm crazy about such things that @Anthea made me discover. I wonder why the sound of water (fall, rain, spring) calms me instantly, more than everything.

Things are looking good for you and there is most definitely change in the air, but that change starts within YOU and goes on to much greater things :ymhug:
