Poem translation

Hi there,

I'm not sure if I should post this topic her or in the poems section, but I'll give it a try here.

I write a lot of poems for my girlfriend, most of them in English. I would like to surprise her with a poem in Kurdish. Altough I can write some senteces in Kurdish, my Kurdish is not good enough to write a poem.

I've written a poem in English and would be very happy if someone could translate this to Kurdish for me.

My girlfriend speaks a lot of dialects (badini, kurmanci, sorani) but a sorani translation would be prefered.

Poem:
From the day we met, until the day I die,
my heart is yours

There are no words to express my love for you,
they would fail to show how much you mean to me

You are the love of my life
You give me joy and happiness everyday

You helped me find myself when i was lost
and you showed me how beautiful love can be.

My princes, I would do anything to be with you forever,
until the end of time.

I promise to cherish you,
to make my heart your home.
I promise to always be there when you need me,
to hold you in my arms and to protect you.
